The Lily Arkwright Club
Your Lily Arkwright Story | November 2026 Campaign Terms and Conditions.
Post your Lily Arkwright engagement ring on Instagram during November, then submit your entry online. The first 50 complete, valid submissions receive a £100 digital gift card. Every valid entry goes into an equal-chance random draw for an additional £1,000 digital gift card. Both gift cards have no minimum spend and expire six calendar months after issue. Sharing permission is a condition of entry.
1. The promoter
1.1 The promoter is Muconi Ltd, trading as Lily Arkwright, company number 09251480, whose registered address is Unit 11, 792 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 6UG (“Lily Arkwright”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 Questions about the campaign, entries, gift cards or use of content should be sent to hello@lilyarkwright.com with the subject “Lily Arkwright Club November 2026”.
1.3 These terms apply to “Your Lily Arkwright Story”, the November 2026 campaign from the Lily Arkwright Club. Joining does not create a paid membership, subscription or obligation to buy anything.
2. Who can enter
2.1 Entry is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over who own a genuine Lily Arkwright engagement ring. Gift recipients may enter even if someone else placed the original order. All purchase years and stone types are eligible.
2.2 You may enter whether you are engaged or already married, including if you already own both your engagement and wedding rings.
2.3 Employees of Lily Arkwright, people professionally involved in administering this campaign, and their immediate families are not eligible. For this purpose, immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.
2.4 There is no entry fee and no new purchase is required. Existing ownership of a Lily Arkwright engagement ring and verification of its original order are required.
2.5 There is one entry per person and one entry per engagement ring. Partners cannot enter separately using the same ring. Additional posts or duplicate form submissions do not create additional entries or gift card entitlements.
3. Campaign dates
3.1 All times in these terms are UK local time. The qualifying posting period runs from 00:00 on 1 November 2026 to 23:59 on 30 November 2026, inclusive.
3.2 The online entry form opens at 00:00 on 1 November 2026. Complete entries must be received by 23:59 on 7 December 2026. A post made in December does not qualify, even if the form is submitted before the entry deadline.
3.3 Keep your Instagram account and qualifying post public and accessible until the end of 16 December 2026. After this date, keeping the original post online is optional. The content licence in section 10 has its own duration.
3.4 The random draw and first notification to the selected winner are scheduled for 8 December 2026. The planned public announcement is 16 December 2026, subject to the winner being confirmed. Section 8 explains what happens if a redraw is needed.
4. How to enter
4.1 You do not need to apply for a place or obtain approval before posting. To enter, complete all the following requirements by the deadlines above:
-
Publish a new public Instagram feed post, carousel or Reel during the qualifying posting period, featuring your own Lily Arkwright engagement ring.
-
Tag @lilyarkwrightuk and include #MyLilyArkwright and #LilyArkwrightClub in the caption.
-
Make the advertising disclosure described in section 5 clearly visible from the first interaction.
-
Submit the post URL through the online form linked from the official Lily Arkwright Club campaign page on lilyarkwright.com, with the verification details and confirmations in section 6.
4.2 Instagram Stories alone, comments, private posts, direct messages and posts on other platforms do not qualify. Sharing your qualifying post to Stories is welcome but does not create another entry.
4.3 You may use photos or videos taken before November, provided the qualifying Instagram post itself is newly published during the posting period and you have the necessary rights. Changing the caption of an older Instagram post does not make it a new post.
4.4 Your ring must be clearly featured. You do not have to show your face, use professional photography, give a positive review or make any particular claim about our products.
4.5 There is no minimum follower count or engagement level. We do not assess entries on likes, views, comments, production quality or the size of your audience.
4.6 Your content must be genuine and lawful and must not infringe anyone’s rights, contain misleading claims, or include abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful material. We will assess compliance with these requirements fairly.
5. Advertising disclosure
5.1 This campaign offers an incentive for posting. Every qualifying post must therefore be clearly labelled “Ad” at the start of its caption, before any “more” cut-off. The brand tag and campaign hashtag do not replace this disclosure.
5.2 The disclosure must also be visible on the opening image or frame of a video or Reel and on each promotional image or video in a carousel, so it remains clear when content is viewed without its caption or shared separately. Use plain, prominent lettering that is easy to read.
5.3 An example opening is: “Ad | Taking part in the Lily Arkwright Club campaign. First 50 valid entries receive a £100 gift card; all valid entries enter the £1,000 gift card draw.” This is an example, not a required endorsement.
5.4 These requirements apply even if you are outside the first 50 entries or do not win the draw. Use any additional branded-content tools required by Instagram. Only make statements that reflect your own honest experience.
6. Entry form and verification
6.1 The form must include your full name, your own contact email address, Instagram username, qualifying post URL, and either the original order number or the email address used by the original purchaser. You must also accept these terms and separately confirm the content licence in section 10.
6.2 If you provide the original purchaser’s email address, obtain their permission first and show them the campaign privacy notice in section 14. Providing an order number is preferable where possible. Do not submit payment card details, passwords or a full invoice.
6.3 We use the order number or purchaser email to match the ring to our records. We may request limited further information where reasonably necessary to confirm ownership, authenticity, age, residency or rights in the content. We will not disclose the original purchaser’s price, invoice or other private order details to you simply because you submit an entry.
6.4 An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. It does not confirm validity, a place among the first 50, or entitlement to a gift card. We will email you once verification is complete and explain whether your valid entry qualifies for the £100 gift card.
6.5 If information is missing or a requirement can reasonably be corrected, we will explain what is needed where practicable. Corrections must reach us, and all entry requirements must be met, by 23:59 on 7 December 2026. The underlying post must still have been published during November.
6.6 For the first-50 allocation, a submission takes its place when we receive all information needed for a complete, valid entry. An incomplete submission does not reserve an earlier place. Our subsequent review time does not change that receipt time. A request merely to clarify evidence of a requirement already met does not itself move an otherwise complete entry to the back of the queue.
6.7 We use the form’s recorded receipt order to resolve submissions with the same displayed timestamp. Please keep your acknowledgement. If you experience a technical problem, contact us promptly before the deadline; an email does not itself replace the required form submission.
6.8 We may reject duplicate, fraudulent or materially non-compliant entries, but will give a reason and a reasonable opportunity to explain a genuine discrepancy where practicable. We will not reject entries because they are less polished or have fewer followers.
7. The first 50 £100 gift cards
7.1 The first 50 complete, valid submissions, ordered as described in section 6, will each receive one £100 Lily Arkwright digital gift card. Allocation depends on when a complete, valid form entry is received, not when the Instagram post is published or when a member of our team reviews it.
7.2 There are a maximum of 50 £100 gift cards. If fewer than 50 valid entries are received, each valid entry will receive one. There is no overall cap on valid campaign entries or entries into the £1,000 draw.
7.3 Once all 50 have been allocated, further valid entries remain eligible for the £1,000 draw but receive no £100 participation gift card. We will update the campaign page and active promotional material to make this clear.
7.4 We will email the £100 gift card to the entrant’s own email address within five working days after confirming that their entry qualifies. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
8. The £1,000 random draw
8.1 Every valid entry received by the deadline will be entered once into a random draw for one £1,000 Lily Arkwright digital gift card. All valid entries have the same chance, including those outside the first 50. If the winner has already received £100, the £1,000 is additional.
8.2 We will select the winner on 8 December 2026 using a computer process whose random selection can be verified, and retain a record of the draw. If no valid entries are received, no draw can take place.
8.3 We will email the selected winner on 8 December 2026 using the email address on their entry. They will have seven calendar days from notification to respond and confirm acceptance and any outstanding eligibility details. The email will state the exact response deadline.
8.4 We will send a reminder around halfway through the response period and try the Instagram account provided if email contact is unsuccessful. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner before treating the prize as unclaimed.
8.5 If the selected entrant declines, is ineligible or does not respond within the stated period despite reasonable contact attempts, we will draw another winner at random from the remaining valid entries. A replacement winner will also have seven calendar days to respond. We will record any redraw.
8.6 We plan to announce the confirmed winner on 16 December 2026 on our campaign page and Instagram account. If verification or a redraw means confirmation is still pending, we will publish an update on that date and announce the confirmed winner afterwards.
8.7 We will email the £1,000 gift card within five working days after acceptance and final verification. We will never ask a winner to pay a fee, disclose a password or provide card details to receive it.
9. Gift card use and expiry
9.1 Both rewards are digital gift cards denominated in pounds sterling, with a unique code and a finite balance. They are not a shared discount code. There is no minimum spend.
9.2 Gift cards can be used towards any jewellery available to buy through lilyarkwright.com, including engagement rings, wedding rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and other rings. They are not restricted to wedding rings. Normal product availability and the terms applying to your purchase still apply.
9.3 Each gift card expires six calendar months after its own issue date. The exact expiry date will be stated in the gift card email. Any unused balance expires at that point. Please place your order before the expiry date; manufacture and delivery may take place afterwards.
9.4 You may spend the balance over more than one order until expiry. If an order costs more than the available balance, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method. Gift cards may be combined with other gift cards and otherwise eligible promotional discounts, subject to the separate discount’s terms.
9.5 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card. No fee is charged to issue or redeem them. We will not reduce the face value of an awarded gift card.
9.6 Keep the code secure. A standard digital gift card is not locked to the email address that receives it; anyone with the code may be able to spend its remaining balance. Sharing it does not create a new gift card or replenish its value. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been lost, misdirected or used without permission so we can investigate.
9.7 Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are unaffected. Where a refund is due for an order paid partly or wholly by gift card, the gift-card-funded amount is normally returned to gift card balance and any other payment is refunded to its original method. Contact us if a lawful refund restores value after, or close to, the original expiry so we can provide a reasonable opportunity to use it.
10. Permission to share your content
10.1 Granting the limited licence in this section is a condition of entry for every entrant, including those outside the first 50. The entry form has a separate, required, unticked “Permission to share my content” checkbox. Please read this section before creating your post.
10.2 You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you created it and own the relevant copyright, or have the copyright owner’s permission to grant this licence. For professional or commissioned photography, check the photographer’s rights. Permission to post an image personally may not include permission for a brand to reuse it.
10.3 You give Lily Arkwright a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for 12 months from submission to reproduce and repost the submitted photos, videos and accompanying caption on Lily Arkwright’s own unpaid social media channels. Those channels may be viewed worldwide. No further fee is payable for use within this agreed scope.
10.4 We may crop, resize, shorten or reformat the content as reasonably needed for those channels, without materially changing its meaning or creating a misleading endorsement. We will credit your Instagram account where practical. We may ask for a usable original file, but will not require you to buy equipment or pay to supply content.
10.5 The licence does not cover paid or boosted advertising, partnership ads, use on our website, email marketing, print advertising or sale of your content to others. We will seek a separate agreement before any such use. Service providers may handle the content only as needed to carry out the permitted use on our behalf.
10.6 You must have permission from anyone identifiable in your content for the intended brand sharing and show them this section and the privacy notice. Do not include identifiable children or sensitive personal information in the content submitted for reuse. You can enter using an image of your ring alone.
10.7 Any music, artwork or other third-party material must also be cleared for our permitted reuse. If Instagram’s music licence only covers your personal post, provide a version without that audio for our reposting.
10.8 We are not obliged to share every entry. At the end of the 12-month licence we will stop using the content and remove campaign reposts from channels under our control unless a separate agreement applies. We cannot control copies independently made by other users.
10.9 Contact hello@lilyarkwright.com with any concern about copyright, identifiable people or continued sharing. We will stop further promotional use and remove our reposts where you raise a valid rights concern or exercise an applicable data protection right. A privacy objection will not, by itself, cause an already validly earned reward to be withdrawn.
10.10 This checkbox records a content licence. It does not waive anyone’s privacy rights or amount to blanket consent for all uses of personal information. Section 14 explains the separate data protection arrangements.
11. Winner information and publicity
11.1 We will make information available showing that a valid £1,000 award took place. Ordinarily this will be the winner’s surname and county, available by emailing hello@lilyarkwright.com within three months of the planned announcement date.
11.2 You may object to publication or disclosure of your details, or ask us to reduce the information shared, by contacting us when entering or when notified. We will respect a justified privacy objection and provide appropriately limited confirmation of the award. We may still provide relevant details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
11.3 A public announcement naming or tagging the winner will be agreed with them first. Refusing additional publicity does not affect entitlement to the prize. Any request for an interview, testimonial or other new promotional content will be optional and separately agreed.
12. Instagram
12.1 This campaign is organised by Lily Arkwright independently of Instagram and Meta. Neither sponsors, endorses or administers it, and the campaign is not associated with either of them.
12.2 To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Instagram from liability connected with this campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.3 You must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms, community rules and branded-content requirements. Do not tag people inaccurately. Form information is supplied to Lily Arkwright and its service providers; Instagram processes information on its platform under its own privacy terms.
13. Fair administration and your rights
13.1 We will administer the campaign fairly and use the published eligibility and entry requirements. We will not change significant conditions after launch merely because participation is higher or lower than expected.
13.2 If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make an essential change unavoidable, we will explain it promptly on the campaign page, minimise disadvantage to entrants and honour rewards already validly earned wherever possible. We will not use this provision to avoid awarding advertised rewards.
13.3 We are responsible for reasonable care in administering the campaign. We are not responsible for failures of independent networks or platforms outside our reasonable control, but this does not exclude responsibility for our own negligence, fraud or breach of legal duty, or affect statutory consumer rights.
13.4 Please contact hello@lilyarkwright.com if you believe an entry or allocation has been handled incorrectly. We will review the records and explain our decision. This does not prevent you from using any legal or regulatory remedy.
13.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law where they live and may bring proceedings in the courts of their own part of the UK.
14. Campaign privacy notice
14.1 Controller and contact. Muconi Ltd, trading as Lily Arkwright, is the controller for campaign information. Its address and email appear in section 1. This notice supplements our website Privacy Policy for this campaign.
14.2 Information and sources. We receive your form details, post link and content, acceptance records and correspondence from you; the public Instagram information needed to check your entry; and matching ring-order information from our customer records. Where you supply a purchaser email, we receive that third party’s address from you. We collect limited eligibility evidence only where reasonably necessary. We may ask the selected winner for their county for the award record.
14.3 Administration. We use the information necessary to run the campaign, verify eligibility, communicate results and deliver rewards to perform the campaign agreement with you. We use legitimate interests in fair administration and preventing duplicate or fraudulent claims when matching third-party purchaser details and maintaining audit records.
14.4 Sharing. Where identifiable people appear in content or account credits, we rely on legitimate interests in sharing genuine customer ring experiences within the limited, clearly explained scope in section 10, balanced against the people’s rights and reasonable expectations. You may object to this processing. We will stop promotional use of your personal information if you object to direct marketing. A copyright licence alone does not establish a data protection lawful basis.
14.5 Recipients. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers supporting the entry form, website, campaign administration, email and gift card delivery. Content we repost is public and is processed by the relevant social platform under its own terms. We may disclose limited records to professional advisers, regulators or public authorities where necessary and lawful. We do not sell entry details.
14.6 Overseas processing. Where a service provider processes information outside the UK, we use the safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as an applicable adequacy arrangement or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about the relevant safeguards.
14.7 Retention. We keep routine campaign entry and verification records for up to 12 months after the draw, then delete or anonymise them unless a complaint or other justified need requires longer retention. Content use is limited to the licence period. A restricted record of the licence, award, relevant correspondence and gift card transaction may be retained longer where necessary to evidence permissions, meet legal or accounting requirements or resolve a claim. We review that need and do not keep records indefinitely.
14.8 Choices and rights. Required information is needed to verify and administer an entry; without it we cannot confirm eligibility or issue a reward. Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@lilyarkwright.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. There is no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
14.9 Marketing emails. Entering does not sign you up to marketing. An optional, separate, unticked checkbox allows you to request Lily Arkwright marketing emails. We rely on consent for that signup, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us, without affecting your entry or rewards. Campaign administration messages may still be sent where needed.
14.10 Third parties. If you provide another person’s email or submit content showing another person, give them this notice before submission. They can contact us directly about their information. Do not provide anyone’s information without their knowledge.
