Lily Arkwright: Jewellery Team of the Year Finalist 2023
Lily Arkwright's jewellery consultancy team was named a finalist for Jewellery Team of the Year at the 2023 Professional Jeweller Awards. The category, sponsored by Ti Sento, celebrated the contribution of teams working within UK jewellery retail.
The official finalist feature included a dedicated profile of Lily Arkwright, recognising the people behind our customer service rather than simply listing the business name.
The work behind the recognition
In its 2023 coverage, Professional Jeweller named Rebecca, Kate, Kerry and Alison. The profile described colleagues who supported one another, shared knowledge and worked together to maintain continuity for customers.
It also gave practical examples of the team's work at the time, including taking diamonds to the workshop to help meet an imminent proposal date and accommodating customers' travel plans when arranging a resize. These were examples reported in the historical feature, rather than promises about the terms of any current service.
What makes that account meaningful to us is its focus on actions. Jewellery advice is not only about knowing a collection; it is also about understanding the occasion behind a purchase and recognising when a practical detail matters to someone.
Care that extends beyond one conversation
A proposal date can turn a delivery question into something deeply personal. A concern about fit can be more than a measurement. We believe good service begins by recognising the significance of those questions, then explaining clearly what is possible.
The same principle applies when a customer is still exploring. Comparing designs, understanding the difference between options and thinking through a personal preference all deserve attention. We want the experience to feel informed without becoming intimidating.

Two separate team nominations in 2023
Our Professional Jeweller finalist position was distinct from our Team of the Year shortlist place at the 2023 NAJ Awards. The two nominations came from different awards programmes, and each forms part of Lily Arkwright's recognition history.
