That’s exactly what our next Marylebone event is designed to help with.
This October, we’re inviting you to join us for Bespoke Engagement Rings: Bring Your Idea to Life, a relaxed afternoon dedicated to exploring the possibilities of bespoke jewellery design.
Our in-house specialists will be available throughout the event to talk through your ideas, show you examples of previous designs and help you understand how an initial concept can become a beautifully finished piece of jewellery.

You don’t need to arrive with a finished design.
Your inspiration might be a photograph, a Pinterest board, a sketch, a ring you’ve seen online or simply a collection of different details you love.
Perhaps you adore the setting from one ring but prefer the band from another. You might want a particular diamond shape with a more unusual basket design, a coloured gemstone incorporated into the setting or a wedding band created specifically to sit alongside your engagement ring.
Whatever your starting point, bring it with you.

During the event, you’ll be able to discuss different stones, metals, settings, proportions and design details, as well as ask questions about how your ideas could work in practice.
Our team can help you understand which elements can be combined, suggest alternatives where appropriate and talk you through the considerations that go into creating a ring that is both beautiful and designed to be worn for years to come.
We’ll also be able to discuss your budget and provide guidance on pricing, helping you understand what may be possible before you decide whether you’d like to take your design any further.

It can be difficult to imagine how an idea on a page becomes a finished piece of jewellery.
That’s why we’ll be sharing examples of previous bespoke creations and CAD designs throughout the event.
CAD, or computer-aided design, allows you to see a detailed digital representation of your ring before it is made. It provides the opportunity to view your design from different angles, consider proportions and refine individual details before approving the final design.
Seeing previous CADs alongside finished pieces is a great way to understand how the bespoke process works and what you can expect when creating your own ring.
Start Your Bespoke Journey
If your conversation leaves you feeling ready to take the next step, our team can also explain exactly how to begin the bespoke process.
We’ll talk you through developing your initial design brief, the CAD stage, making any amendments and approving your final design before it moves into production.
There is absolutely no expectation to begin your commission on the day.
You are equally welcome to come along simply to ask questions, explore your ideas and find out whether bespoke jewellery is right for you.
The aim is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of what is possible and, hopefully, plenty of inspiration.
