Choosing lab diamond halo ring collection

Compare the halo construction

Use the overall head dimensions alongside the centre’s measurements to assess the scale. Look at halo width, gaps and the shape of its border. The centre weight and combined stone weight describe different parts of the ring; check both where supplied.

Choose the diamond within the design

Compare the selected diamonds by their dimensions, visible characteristics and laboratory information. Read centre and accent specifications separately, and ask to see the stone in suitable viewing conditions. Keep metal and mounting consistent when comparing complete-ring prices.

Plan fit and service

Check finger size, basket clearance and the options for a wedding-ring partner before ordering. Stone-set designs can have specific resizing constraints. Our team can help you compare the actual profiles and confirm the current ordering journey.

Lab Diamond Halo Ring Collection FAQs

Is a halo setting suitable for lab-grown diamond engagement rings?

A halo is a lovely way to give a lab-grown diamond engagement ring extra detail and presence. The smaller diamonds surrounding the centre broaden the overall face-up outline without changing the weight of the main stone. Some halos are delicate and close-fitting, while others create a more pronounced decorative border. We'd choose the surround to complement the centre's proportions rather than simply make the ring appear larger.

What should I compare between halo lab-grown diamond designs?

We'd compare the size and arrangement of the small halo diamonds, the gap between them and the centre, and the height of the whole setting. The impression can change considerably between a round, oval and cushion-shaped halo. The accent stones also need thoughtful care and occasional checks. If you're drawn to something less visible from above, our hidden-halo designs offer a subtler approach.

Will a halo lab-grown diamond ring sit neatly beside a wedding band?

The underside of the halo is the detail we'd check when pairing this ring with a wedding band. Some designs sit high enough for a straight band to meet the shank, while lower settings leave a small space. We'd suggest viewing the exact two rings together, rather than assuming all halo settings behave alike. A shaped wedding band can be an attractive solution if you'd prefer a closer fit.
