Delivery & Returns

Lily Arkwright are proud to offer FREE worldwide delivery.

All parcels are shipped via our nominated couriers and are fully insured to your postal address, every parcel requires a signature upon delivery.

No customs, duty or tariffs are payable for deliveries in the UK & Europe. All our orders to EU countries will be delivered duty paid (DDP) and there will be no additional customs fees for you to pay. (excluding Switzerland, Norway & Iceland). The price you see, is the price you pay with no additional fees.

Deliveries outside of the UK and Europe? Get in touch, we can remove VAT from your purchase. International customers are responsible for local customs and import charges.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 - 14 days, a small selection of products & bespoke design items do have an extended delivery timescale and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery Is your order urgent? Please get in touch with our customer care team and we'll do our upmost to expedite your order.

UK Return Postage is FREE

• EU and International customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• When sending items back please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
• When returning your order please request a RETURNS NUMBER (RN) by emailing hello@lilyarkwright.com.
