We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 - 14 days, a small selection of products & bespoke design items do have an extended delivery timescale and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery Is your order urgent? Please get in touch with our customer care team and we'll do our upmost to expedite your order.

UK - Dispatched from our Manchester, UK workshop, next day delivery.

Europe - Dispatched from our Antwerp, Belgium workshop, 1-2 days delivery.

US & Canada - Dispatched from our Manchester, UK workshop, 3-5 days delivery.

Rest of World - Dispatched from our Manchester, UK workshop, 3-5 days delivery.

All parcels are shipped via our nominated couriers and are fully insured to your postal address, every parcel requires a signature upon delivery. No customs, duty or tariffs are payable for deliveries in the UK & Europe (excluding Switzerland, Norway & Iceland). The price you see, is the price you pay with no additional fees.

All Return Postage is FREE

• When sending items back please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
• When returning your order please request a RETURNS NUMBER (RN) by emailing hello@lilyarkwright.com.

Zero Rate VAT and Customs & Import

Deliveries outside of the UK and Europe? Get in touch, we can remove 20% VAT from your purchase. US, Canada & Rest of World customers are responsible for local customs and import charges.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in an unworn condition with all original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for engraved, personalised, bespoke/made to order items and purchases over £15,000 unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.
