Macy centres an elongated cushion alexandrite in a four-prong 18k rose gold mount. Fine diamond pavé follows the shoulders, giving this solitaire band detail while keeping the coloured gemstone clearly in view.

The lab-grown alexandrite forms Macy's central gemstone, presented in an elongated cushion cut. Its softened corners and lengthened face make a different silhouette from a round centre. Diamonds provide separate detail along the shoulders rather than encircling the gemstone.

Rose gold gives the band a warm tone that is separate from the named centre gemstone. Diamonds are set along the 1.65mm shoulders, with G/H colour and S/I clarity stated for those smaller stones. The four-prong mount remains the ring's central feature. Seen from above, the centre reads as a single elongated cushion rather than a cluster of small stones. The diamonds instead form a fine line along the shoulders towards the mount.

Four elongated cushion variants are labelled from 1.12ct / 7x5mm to 4.11ct / 10x8mm. The carat figure and millimetre dimensions appear together for each size, making the changing scale of the centre easy to compare. The four-prong mount and diamond-set shoulders remain Macy's defining details.
