Lily Arkwright: Independent Retailer Finalist at the Professional Jeweller Awards 2025
Lily Arkwright was a finalist in the Independent Retailer category at the 2025 Professional Jeweller Awards. Our place is recorded in Professional Jeweller's official category results, following the ceremony at the Royal Lancaster London on 7 October 2025.
The category, sponsored by the Jewellery Show, recognised independently owned retailers. In describing the award, Professional Jeweller highlighted its interest in businesses taking inventive approaches to growth or responding to challenges.
For Lily Arkwright, the finalist recognition is a moment to reflect on what we want an independent jewellery business to offer: a clear point of view, meaningful choice and a relationship with customers that extends beyond a single transaction.
Our own approach to fine jewellery
We believe choosing a jeweller should not require choosing between personal advice and the convenience of exploring online. Both have a place. A customer might begin by browsing designs at home, then visit a showroom to compare favourites. Another may prefer to discuss an idea before narrowing down the details.
Our collections encompass lab-grown and natural diamonds, moissanite and lab-grown coloured gemstones. Offering that variety allows different tastes to sit alongside one another, from familiar bridal styles to a more individual use of colour.
The purpose of choice is not simply to present more options. It is to help someone find jewellery that feels right for them, with explanations that make the distinctions understandable.
A year of development
Our London move to Marylebone in 2025 was an important part of that year's story. As we later explored in our showroom anniversary feature, the larger space made room for additional appointments, browsing and a broader display of jewellery.
Changes to a showroom are visible, but the intention behind them is just as important. We want the setting, the collection and the conversation to work together, so customers can explore at a pace that suits them.
Our About Us page sets out the wider story and principles behind Lily Arkwright. The independent retailer nomination sits within that story as recognition we value, rather than a reason to stop improving.
Recognising the people behind the business
A business is shaped by the people who answer its enquiries, explain its jewellery and look after its customers. We are grateful to the colleagues who contribute to that work and to the customers who choose to make us part of important occasions.
We are proud to preserve our 2025 Independent Retailer finalist position in our awards history, with the same focus on personal service that guides our next chapter.
