Located within walking distance of three major train stations and Birmingham’s main shopping and business districts, Mailbox is easy to find whether you’re travelling by car, bus, rail, or on foot.
Secure parking is easily located, Q Park car park is located on both the Basement and Ground floor within the Mailbox shopping centre. Alternatively, The Town Hall multi storey car park is directly opposite The Mailbox shopping centre.

On arrival to the Mailbox Shopping Centre, please make your way to the Spaces 1st Floor lounge.
The spaces lounge is accessed directly from The Mailbox main entrance, situated on Royal Mail Street. Head up the main front entrance steps and the Spaces lounge is directly ahead.
Please register with reception on arrival and a member of our team will welcome you shortly.
