- Offer valid on orders placed between Saturday the 16th November 2019 and Monday the 2nd of December 2019.
- 90 day price promise is valid on orders placed from the 19th of November and Monday the 2nd of December, valid on standard collections only (excluding bespoke purchases). If the price of any item reduces within 90 days of your purchase (date of purchase) upon request we will refund the difference via your original payment method.
- Free ring resizing, valid for 30 days on all purchases from the date you receive your order. Postage costs not included.
- Complementary engraving, valid only at point of purchase. Engraving text must be stipulated during checkout.
- 30 days returns, valid on all standard orders (excluding bespoke purchases and personalised engraved items) from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in an unworn condition with no visible signs of damage, including any applicable warranty/authenticity cards and packaging.
- Extended Christmas Returns, valid on all purchases placed from the 16th November 2018. All returns are covered until 6th of January 2020, items must be received by 6th January 2020 in line with our standard returns policy.
