We're operating as normal and orders can be placed as usual. All our collections have no production or dispatch delays as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 health pandemic and most standard collections are dispatching within 7-14 days.
If you are concerned about an existing order or unsure whether to place a new order please do contact friendly jewellery consultancy team via email or telephone (0161 537 6773) and we'd be happy to assist. If you do have a special proposal date in the near future we do always recommend you place your order as early as possible.
Our showroom is now open on Saturdays and we continue to take precautions to ensure the safety of both our staff and you, are valued customers. You can of course continue to book virtual Whats App video consultations from the convenience of your home.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Do you expect a delay in delivering my order?
No. All in-stock item deliveries are proceeding as normal and usually dispatch within 7-14 days, as usual a small selection of products do have an extended production time of 4 weeks. Urgent order? Simply get in touch and a member of our team will provide you with accurate dispatch dates.
Is it safe to handle a parcel that's been delivered?
Our warehouse staff wear gloves to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All storage and packing areas are cleaned and disinfected three times per day and strict hygiene standards following the WHO recommendations are in place to guarantee both our staff's safety and your safety.
What if I want to return an order?
We are accepting all return orders as usual, if for any reason courier services are suspended impacting you from returning your item within 30 days we will be happy to extend your returns date. Please do get in touch if you are experiencing any issues.
